Description

Wisconsin Community Services seeks a Director/General Manager to lead executive programs in our Nonprofit & Social Services organization. This role oversees strategy, operations, and impact for community-focused initiatives, aligning them with WISCS.org’s mission of public welfare and social justice. The Director will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets and grants, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure effective, inclusive services. Ideal candidates bring vision, proven leadership, and a passion for empowering communities through sustainable, data-informed growth.
Provide strategic leadership for programs advancing public welfare and social justice.
Oversee program design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Manage budgets, grants, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams and community coordinators.
Build collaborative relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders.
Use data and feedback to measure outcomes and expand program impact.
Ensure compliance with nonprofit, funding, and regulatory requirements.
